Senior Golang Developer - Equities, MainApp

We are seeking a skilled backend developer or team lead to join our dynamic team focusing on designing, developing, and enhancing software for diverse venture projects. These projects are closely linked to our core businesses and are executed swiftly with a lean team structure. The role involves active participation in crafting scalable applications, encompassing both frontend UI and backend infrastructure design.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of trading business systems, overseeing technical teams
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of trading tools and products, guiding projects from initial concept to production
• Contribute to requirement analysis, architectural design, and evaluation of technical solutions
• Assist in system enhancement initiatives, important projects, and resolving technical challenges
• Make recommendations to optimize business processes, improving system efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate closely with trading product teams to develop core business modules and workflows

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in backend development, with a preference for financial/trading systems proficiency
• Proficient in English
• Strong background in building high-performance, distributed systems using modern backend technologies and microservices architecture
• Experience with trading system architecture, trading instruments, and tools
• Proficiency in Go programming language, as well as a solid understanding of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, along with familiarity with Event Sourcing
• Thorough knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Expertise in RESTful API implementation for both frontend and backend development
