About the Opportunity
As the marketing lead for OKX Turkey, you will be responsible for all marketing-related activities. This includes developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies aligned with our overall business objectives. Your goal will be to drive the growth of our user base by managing the entire user lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create and manage a comprehensive marketing plan across various channels such as digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline activation
- Conduct growth experiments to improve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing
- Develop performance dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to senior management
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts using key metrics and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met
- Lead user communication efforts, ensuring clear and effective messaging across all channels and tailoring strategies to different user segments
- Identify strategic opportunities and make informed decisions regarding marketing activities in Turkey
- Collaborate with KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) and affiliate partners to generate positive return on advertising spend (ROAS) for the business
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in acquisition marketing, with a strong understanding of growth tactics and a track record of leading high-performing teams
- Business-level fluency in English and native-level fluency in Turkish
- Proven experience in marketing management with a sense of ownership and emotional intelligence
- Experience in managing KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) and affiliates
- Experience launching marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminology and trends, with an interest in crypto cultures
- Willingness to work flexible hours to engage with the crypto community frequently
- Execution-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve results
- Passion for understanding customer psychology and making strategic decisions based on customer needs
- Ability to analyze quantitative customer data and qualitative feedback to drive decision-making
