Description
Job Summary: The team in charge of the exchange platform operates globally to ensure a seamless and secure trading experience for clients. They focus on developing and maintaining a state-of-the-art trading platform across different regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of products and solutions for the derivatives exchange platform within micro-service based components.
- Collaborate with the product management team to improve existing models/algorithms and introduce new ones.
- Participate in code audits, testing, and releases.
- Establish a deployable system with automated testing and continuous integration.
- Identify and resolve backend infrastructure issues and implement solutions.
- Solve cross-stack problems efficiently.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of Java programming experience.

- Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology and automated testing practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to improving processes and tasks.
- Willingness to take on challenges and continuously learn.
- Ability to perform well under pressure, quick learning curve, and adaptability to rapid industry changes.
- Experience with Derivative products is a bonus.
