Senior/Lead Devops Engineer

As a valuable team member, you will play a crucial role in the design of scalable applications, contributing from the frontend UI to the backend infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop monitoring tools for applications and performance.
- Contribute to the design of system architecture.
- Build and deploy cloud infrastructure following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
- Enhance and manage technologies such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Automate operations and streamline processes.
- Effectively communicate, escalate issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps with a strong focus on AWS.
- Proficiency in AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes is essential.
- Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines for large-scale enterprise applications and maintaining critical systems.
- Familiarity with various tools including Terraform, Kubernetes, AWS services (e.g., EC2, RDS, S3), monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, SumoLogic), and more.
- Competence in Linux, VPC, and network security.
- Proficient coding skills to develop maintainable code.
- Ability to adapt to new AI tools for enhancing daily tasks.
- Interest in working within tech and financial environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
