Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and growth of the group's global bank partnerships within retail, corporate, and institutional banking sectors.
- Proactively seek out new potential banking partners worldwide, having a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape to facilitate effective negotiations and engagements.
- Take charge of managing and expanding the banking relationships portfolio, collaborating closely with key stakeholders from Finance, Fiat, Treasure, VIP, Operations, and Product/Tech departments.
- Lead cross-functional teams in steering banking relationships from inception through to successful onboarding and activation of relevant services.
- Develop the bank strategy roadmap for Binance, providing recommendations to senior management on regions, partnerships, and licenses to aid in crafting market entry strategies and enhancing market reach.
- Cultivate and enhance a network of banking relationships while possessing a deep knowledge of banking products and solutions.
- Conduct management analysis, gap analysis, leverage market insights, and conduct competitor analysis to support strategic planning and targeting efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior position, overseeing partnership development, conducting business negotiations with financial institutions, and fostering strong alliances with banking partners.
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively as part of a team, with robust problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and digital assets.
- Experience working across diverse regions and cultures.
