Your Role:

You will play an essential part in introducing a new product to the market, driving ambitious goals for the distribution and monetization of USDC. Your responsibilities include leading negotiations and executing commercial agreements while ensuring deals are economically sound, conducive to Circle's objectives, and meet high standards of overall return on investment. Collaboration with partners to address their needs with a customer-centric mindset is key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and enacting go-to-market strategies for a diverse range of opportunities, validating beta products, and managing an extensive portfolio
  • Cultivating a team culture focused on integrity, collaboration, customer service, performance metrics, agility, and positivity
  • Cultivating strong executive relationships globally with key decision-makers in various web3 organizations, such as blockchains and DeFi protocols
  • Delivering regular reports and effective communication on vital performance indicators, metrics, and revenue projections

Your Strengths:

  • Possessing 7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, with a focus on DeFi protocols and on-chain developments
  • Demonstrating grit, resilience, and a proactive approach to achieving outstanding results independently
  • Embracing an entrepreneurial mindset to uncover new opportunities and drive impactful outcomes
  • Expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology, with the ability to craft and close strategic deals at a C-level

Additional Details:

  • This role may offer day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
  • Compensation is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, qualifications, and organizational needs
  • Base Pay Range: $177,500 - $230,000, with an Annual Bonus Target of 17.5%
