What You'll Be Responsible for:

• Developing and implementing an engaging community strategy to enhance brand reputation
• Building, monitoring, and expanding our online community presence on platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram
• Creating and executing social media and communication campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies
• Generating captivating text, image, and video content for our social media accounts
• Ensuring timely responses to comments and customer inquiries
• Organizing and participating in community events to raise brand awareness
• Coordinating with the Marketing, PR, and BizDev teams to maintain brand consistency
• Collaborating with the Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
• Establishing relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and media
• Staying updated with the latest trends in digital technology

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in community roles
• Background in crypto services and/or tech companies, with the ability to explain complex narratives and excite people
• Strong team player who can work autonomously and takes proactive actions
