Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner-focused go-to-market strategies in the LATAM region. This role involves liaising with varied Distribution Partners such as wallets, neobanks, fintech apps, investment platforms, and cross-border payment entities. Specifically centered on Brazil and Mexico, fluency in local languages is crucial.
As part of a cross-functional team, your primary focus will revolve around executing co-marketing campaigns and guiding partners on the optimal promotion of Circle products. You will work closely with partners on marketing strategies, content development, PR, product messaging, and performance analysis to drive mutual success and enhance the adoption of USDC.
This pivotal role aims to contribute significantly to our global growth objectives, working under the direction of our Sr. Director of Marketing.
Your Responsibilities include:
- Spearheading marketing initiatives within strategic LATAM partnerships.
- Collaborating with partners to create and implement B2B2C campaigns focusing on USDC growth.
- Serving as the main point of contact for partners, establishing growth strategies and campaign plans.
- Developing and managing partner marketing content like blogs, case studies, and social media campaigns.
- Crafting educational materials that aid partners in effectively marketing Circle products.
- Assessing and reporting campaign performance metrics.
- Engaging in local travel to meet partners and attend regional events, fostering our presence in the LATAM market.
Your Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance, or related areas.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish with exposure to the LATAM market.
- Profound knowledge of web3, blockchain, digital currency, and growth marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign management and collateral development.
- Self-motivated, adept at navigating ambiguous environments, and keen on continuous learning.
- Skilled in fostering collaboration within diverse and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with various digital tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, and MacOS.

Additional Information:
- This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
- Compensation range and packages are tailored considering factors like experience, skills, and regional variations.
- Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500.
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%.
