Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive a partner-oriented go-to-market strategy tailored for the Latin American (LATAM) region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Distribution Partners such as Web3 and Web2 Wallets, Neobanks, Fintech Applications, Investment Platforms, Remittance and Cross-Border Payments Platforms, and NGOs. Fluent language skills in Portuguese and/or Spanish are essential, with a primary focus on Brazil and Mexico.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be instrumental in establishing, expanding, and optimizing partner relationships. Your duties will involve orchestrating co-marketing initiatives, advising partners on effective Circle product promotion strategies, and engaging in collaborative marketing planning encompassing content creation, public relations, product messaging, and campaign performance analysis.
This role is pivotal in our go-to-market initiatives and will significantly impact our strategic goals, including driving the global adoption and usage of USDC. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, your success in elevating Partner Marketing strategies will be key to our overarching growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing efforts in large-scale partnership engagements across LATAM.
- Implement co-marketing campaigns with partners to promote USDC growth.
- Act as the main liaison with partners' marketing teams to strategize and execute campaigns.
- Develop and manage partner marketing content, from blog posts to social media initiatives.
- Create educational resources for partners, including process documentation and product materials.
- Analyze and report on the performance of partner marketing campaigns.
- Travel locally to meet strategic partners and participate in regional events to build partnerships and promote Circle offerings.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Partner Marketing, Web3 Marketing, Consumer Finance or Payments Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Business Development.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, with fluency in both languages being advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of web3, blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and growth marketing.
- Proven track record in campaign management and content creation.
- Self-motivated, inquisitive, and eager to excel in a tech-driven environment.
- Skilled in creating structure in dynamic work settings and collaborating across teams proficient in Slack, Google Workspace, and MacOS.
