Primary Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D animated content for diverse platforms including in-app animations, social media, campaigns, events, and advertisements.
• Create compelling animations aligned with creative directives for various projects on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis.
• Innovate and challenge boundaries to effectively showcase OKX products and brand through animated content.
• Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and art directors to develop 2D/3D motion graphics, social media content, educational videos, digital ads, and campaign assets.
• Strategically align animated content with business objectives and budgets in collaboration with the Design Director to support acquisition and retention efforts.
• Regularly optimize animations and stay updated on motion graphic trends and crypto/blockchain news.
• Define and refine production processes to enhance efficiency and integration across teams for a cohesive omni-channel strategy.
• Cultivate a positive, innovative environment within the Brand Design team by providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, design, and typography with at least 6 years of experience in a creative team within a global business or agency.
• Ability to creatively problem-solve, deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced setting, and navigate best-practice motion graphics creation methods.
• Extensive knowledge of tools such as Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong passion for branding and design, driving customer-focused animation development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and prior experience in managing third-party agencies and freelancers.
• Additional proficiencies in numeracy, task management tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Trello, Google Docs), and valuable skills in video editing, graphic design, social media, marketing, and copywriting are desirable.
