Primary Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D animated content for diverse platforms including in-app animations, social media, campaigns, events, and advertisements.
- Create compelling animations aligned with creative directives for various projects on a daily, weekly, and seasonal basis.
- Innovate and challenge boundaries to effectively showcase OKX products and brand through animated content.
- Collaborate with designers, freelancers, and art directors to develop 2D/3D motion graphics, social media content, educational videos, digital ads, and campaign assets.
- Strategically align animated content with business objectives and budgets in collaboration with the Design Director to support acquisition and retention efforts.
- Regularly optimize animations and stay updated on motion graphic trends and crypto/blockchain news.
- Define and refine production processes to enhance efficiency and integration across teams for a cohesive omni-channel strategy.
- Cultivate a positive, innovative environment within the Brand Design team by providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, design, and typography with at least 6 years of experience in a creative team within a global business or agency.
- Ability to creatively problem-solve, deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced setting, and navigate best-practice motion graphics creation methods.
- Extensive knowledge of tools such as Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
- Strong passion for branding and design, driving customer-focused animation development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and prior experience in managing third-party agencies and freelancers.
- Additional proficiencies in numeracy, task management tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, Trello, Google Docs), and valuable skills in video editing, graphic design, social media, marketing, and copywriting are desirable.

📢 The Opportunity: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)
We are seeking a technical co-founder or EIR to help bring a newly incubated venture infrastructure product to market. This is a 3-month remote contract role, ideal for builders with Web3 and AI experience who want to launch a company with hands-on support.
Iron Key has developed proprietary AI tools for internal workflows and is exploring opportunities to externalize these as software-based consulting services or standalone software products. As an EIR, you’ll play a critical role in shaping, launching, and scaling these innovations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead Startup Development – Take an incubated idea from concept to market launch.
Drive Innovation – Bring your own venture idea or work on an existing Iron Key product.
Strategic Execution – Develop and implement growth strategies.
Hands-on AI & Web3 Work – Build and iterate on cutting-edge solutions in AI and blockchain.
Leverage Resources – Work alongside investors, advisors, and a global network to accelerate your startup.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Proven entrepreneurial experience – Ideally, you’ve built a startup before (even if it failed).
Deep Web3 or AI expertise – Hands-on experience in AI, blockchain, or fintech is a must.
Strong problem-solving mindset – Ability to pivot, adapt, and execute in fast-changing environments.
Leadership & Vision – You’re a self-starter who can drive a business forward.
