Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership in developing market expansion strategies and initiating new service launches in close collaboration with Marketing and Tech teams.
• Collaborate with business owners and the Country Manager to enhance operational standards, refine business models, and drive successful execution.
• Utilize Data Dashboards to enhance User Experience and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in coordinating local marketing initiatives, cultivating partnerships, and arranging key events.
• Act as a representative of Binance at local events, media engagements, and in communications with external stakeholders.

• 7-10 years of experience in a related role within a startup environment, demonstrating successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in operations leadership, strategic growth methodologies, and a history of managing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills essential for market representation.
• Strong data analytical skills for decision-making and problem-solving.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with internal and external partners.
