Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete product lifecycle for global fiat and Web3 user products on mobile devices, from planning and execution to iterative enhancements.
• Develop and implement product strategies to drive user engagement, retention, and transaction volume in alignment with global business objectives.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, define key metrics, analyze user behavior, and translate findings into growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch impactful global features, ensuring operational excellence.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, regulatory requirements, and regional product opportunities.
• Work with local operations to design solutions that enhance liquidity, conversion rates, and user engagement.
• Gather customer feedback to refine product experiences and streamline transaction processes.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
• Work independently as an individual contributor, demonstrating strategic ownership, disciplined execution, and proactive leadership in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in payments, trading, or Web3 sectors.
• Proven track record of managing complex global product launches with tangible business impact.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data and experimentation to drive strategy.
• Ability to design user-friendly interfaces that encourage effective trading and transactions.
• Proficient in technical concepts, with experience working with backend, API, and app development teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse regions and time zones.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

Nice to have:

• Experience in P2P, payments, or remittance products.
• Familiarity with Web3, DeFi ecosystems, protocols, and compliance frameworks.
