Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take charge of customer onboarding for the Crypto.com App and related product areas. Your primary focus will be optimizing the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulations, enhancing customer acquisition, and increasing the speed at which customers reach the platform's core products.
In this role, you will lead the onboarding journey while strategically balancing growth product and regulatory platform responsibilities. Your role will encompass managing various aspects such as KYC, account opening, activation, referral mechanisms, and facilitating trading processes. Additionally, within six months, you will manage onboarding-and-growth strategies and work on trading product enhancements.
Reporting to the Onboarding squad Lead, you will be responsible for running your roadmap autonomously, making decisions on prioritization, and determining strategies for implementation.
Core Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end customer onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing account opening, identity verification, KYC procedures, and platform functionalities.
Transform onboarding into a driver for growth by overseeing activation strategies, referral programs, user incentives, and enhancing the time-to-first-value metric.
Analyze and refine the onboarding funnel by identifying drop-off points, implementing interventions to improve completion rates and activation, and measuring effectiveness.
Expand onboarding capabilities to encompass multiple products and markets, ensuring a seamless user journey across different platforms and future product expansions.
Enhance trading functionalities by collaborating with the Trading team, connecting onboarding processes to initial trade experiences, and maintaining ongoing customer engagement.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Marketing, and Trading teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and decision-making pertaining to product launches.
Requirements
Proven experience managing consumer onboarding and growth strategies, demonstrating the ability to address and solve activation, referral, and time-to-value challenges successfully.
Previous involvement in implementing account opening or KYC processes within a regulated product environment, showcasing expertise in navigating compliance requirements without hindering user experience.
Experience in extending shared onboarding capabilities across various products or geographic markets, adapting user journeys while maintaining a cohesive onboarding experience.
Adequate knowledge of trading products to take ownership of trading-related tasks, showcasing a deep understanding of trading, brokerage, and investing concepts.
Demonstrated ability to function effectively as a senior individual contributor, managing multiple initiatives, making informed decisions, and executing tasks in ambiguous situations.
Preferred
Background in crypto trading, multi-asset products, prediction markets, or sports products, facilitating smoother integration into the company's diverse product offerings.
Experience in managing multi-market consumer products, enhancing onboarding and trading strategies across diverse regulatory environments and customer segments.

RGB++ is built around the UTXO model, so this role is particularly suited to engineers who understand Bitcoin, UTXO-based systems, or similar protocol-level architectures and are interested in exploring what new ideas can be built from that foundation.

What We're Looking For
