Responsibilities

• Take charge of the complete product design process to ensure a user-friendly experience.
• Utilize user research and data analysis to glean insights into user requirements and translate them into meaningful design enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and development teams to implement and refine design solutions effectively.
• Engage in design reviews, offering expert insights and valuable feedback to improve product design.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and innovative design practices to consistently enhance design quality and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, preferably in the crypto, internet, or fintech sectors.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, along with experience in prototyping tools such as Principle and Axure.
• Strong skills in visual and interaction design, coupled with a solid understanding of user experience principles.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to drive cross-functional collaboration effectively.
• Strong organizational skills required to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese is a must to facilitate coordination with global partners and stakeholders.
