As part of this team, you will merge UX strategy, product thinking, and hands-on design to contribute to top-notch digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Challenge

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with over 5 years of experience who excels in user-centered design environments and enjoys tackling complex product challenges.

Your role will involve close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Researchers to identify opportunities, enhance critical user journeys, and design intuitive, scalable product experiences. Strong skills in translating intricate product problems into refined design solutions supported by both quantitative and qualitative insights are essential.

As a senior team member, you will also play a key role in elevating the design system, fostering a design culture, and ensuring design decisions align with business objectives and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for design thinking and facilitate collaboration across teams

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams to pinpoint user needs and outline product requirements

• Design complete product experiences across web and mobile platforms

• Convert complicated issues into clear user journeys and design solutions

• Ensure that design decisions are in harmony with business objectives and product strategy

• Develop and maintain design artifacts, including information architecture diagrams, user flows, user stories, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

• Prototype and test user interactions and workflows

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative research insights to drive design decisions

• Analyze product analytics and behavioral data to enhance user experience

• Contribute to the evolution and governance of the design system

• Participate in design critiques, offering and receiving constructive feedback

• Document design decisions and uphold clear product design documentation

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product design

• Robust portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX/UI design work

• Demonstrated experience applying human-centered design principles

• Proficiency in designing for web and mobile applications

• Ability to lead or independently execute medium to large product initiatives

• Experience in conducting or utilizing user research for discovery and validation

• Expertise in using analytics and behavioral data to inform design decisions

• Familiarity with design systems

• Strong communication and storytelling skills for presenting design decisions

• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Background in designing products within B2C eCommerce or B2B SaaS sectors

• Understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience leading Design Thinking workshops or Design Sprints

• Strong self-management and accountability in fast-paced environments

• Enthusiasm for innovative product experiences and emerging industries
