Opportunity Overview
The OKX blockchain team oversees the management of OKX's Layer 2 to Ethereum - X Layer, an EVM-compatible ZK L2 to Ethereum solution developed with Polygon's Chain Development kit. X Layer, equipped with a mainnet, hosts a myriad of robust DApps within its ecosystem. The team continually strives to enhance X Layer and its ecosystem to offer a premium experience to developers and users.

Responsibilities
- Develop X Layer's product roadmap to establish it as a leading L2 to Ethereum solution globally
- Strategize, execute, and launch new products/marketing campaigns to drive X Layer's growth
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to outline product specifications and facilitate global product launches
- Partner with GTM and BD team to deliver marketing and technical support for projects on X Layer
- Conduct market and competitor research to derive insights for X Layer
- Identify and adapt emerging web3 trends for X Layer, ensuring coherent execution
- Engage with the user community to foster a sense of belonging and identity within the X Layer community
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in Web3 product management and growth
- Proven track record of delivering innovative products in collaboration with engineers and designers
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Technical proficiency in blockchain technology, particularly L2s
- Demonstrated passion for web3 and crypto through prior projects and experiences
- Exemplary ownership mentality, team spirit, and ability to drive impact and innovation proactively
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in leading product teams to develop transformative products
- Background in expanding ecosystems on L1/L2 EVM blockchains
- Technical degree or prior software engineering experience
