Opportunity Overview
The OKX blockchain team manages the growth and product roadmap for OKX's Layer 2 to Ethereum - X Layer. X Layer is an EVM-compatible ZK L2 created using Polygon's Chain Development kit. Having launched its mainnet, X Layer boasts a robust ecosystem with numerous DApps. The team is devoted to enhancing X Layer and its ecosystem to offer an unparalleled experience for developers and users.

Responsibilities
- Develop the product roadmap for X Layer to establish it as a leading L2 to Ethereum solution globally
- Drive the introduction of new products/marketing campaigns to support the growth of X Layer
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to define product specifications and facilitate global product launches
- Coordinate with the GTM and BD team to provide marketing and technical support for projects leveraging X Layer
- Conduct market and competitor research to derive insights/recommendations for X Layer
- Identify emerging web3 trends and develop implementation plans for X Layer
- Engage with the user community and nurture X Layer's community identity
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in Web3 product management and growth
- Experience in collaborating with engineers and designers to introduce innovative products
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in blockchain technology, especially L2 solutions, from both technical and ecosystem perspectives
- Strong passion for web3 and cryptocurrency demonstrated through past projects
- Demonstrated ownership, team spirit, and ability to drive impact in a dynamic setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Leadership experience in product management for groundbreaking products
- Background in fostering growth in L1/L2 EVM blockchain ecosystems
- Technical degree or prior experience as a software engineer
- Familiarity with managing large user communities
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
