Senior Product Manager, Card

Our Product Management team leads the development and launch of innovative product initiatives globally. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, we drive the creation and release of impactful features and products, aiming to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

As a Card Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of Crypto.com's card products. This role involves close coordination with various teams such as marketing, finance, risk management, and technology to ensure the success and revenue growth of these products.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically plan and execute product launches in new markets, adhering to local regulations and managing key stakeholders effectively.
• Establish achievable timelines for product delivery to market and take ownership of the process.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with business partners/vendors to find optimal solutions and create advantageous commercial agreements for the organization.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the product to drive enhancements that boost market penetration, user engagement, and profitability.
• Lead project teams spanning across regions and functions to achieve shared objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and developments in both cryptocurrency and financial markets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related fields.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, ideally in the financial services sector with a focus on card products.
• Solid understanding of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing card products that drive revenue growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills, ability to collaborate cross-functionally, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies is advantageous.
