Senior Product Manager, Card

Our Product Management team oversees the entire product lifecycle, driving initiatives from concept to launch worldwide. Collaborating closely with various teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts, we deliver innovative features and products to market.

As a Card Product Manager, you will manage the end-to-end process for our card products. Working in tandem with cross-disciplinary teams like marketing, finance, risk management, and technology, you will ensure the success and revenue growth of these products.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for launching in new markets, adhering to local regulatory requirements and managing stakeholders effectively
• Create and execute product delivery timelines, ensuring successful market introduction
• Cultivate strong partnerships with business vendors and optimize agreements to support company objectives
• Enhance product features to increase market penetration, usage, and profitability
• Lead project teams across regions and functions
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments in both crypto and finance sectors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field
• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services focusing on card products
• Profound knowledge of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends
• Track record of effectively launching and managing card products to drive revenue growth
• Proficiency in analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence
• Experience with agile product development methodologies is advantageous
