Description
Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from start to finish, overseeing product launches and features globally. We work collaboratively with various teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and more, to deliver exceptional products.
As a Card Product Manager, you will lead the management of Crypto.com's card products, working closely with cross-functional teams like marketing, finance, risk management, and technology. Your role will involve ensuring the success and revenue growth of card products.
Responsibilities
- Determine the best approach to launch products in new markets, managing the process through stakeholder engagement and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop a feasible timeline for product delivery and oversee market entry.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with business partners and vendors to secure optimal solutions and agreements for Crypto.com.
- Gain a deep understanding of the product to drive enhancements that improve market penetration, user engagement, and profitability.
- Spearhead cross-regional and cross-functional project teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and advancements in both the crypto and financial sectors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on card products in the financial services industry.
- Profound knowledge of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
- Proven success in launching and managing card products that contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies is advantageous.
