Job Summary
Our Product Management team is responsible for leading product initiatives from concept to launch, driving product innovations and features worldwide. This role involves collaborating closely with various teams such as engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional members to deliver exceptional products.
Job Responsibilities
- Successfully launch card products in new markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and effective stakeholder management.
- Develop and execute achievable timelines for product launches while overseeing the go-to-market strategy.
- Foster and enhance relationships with business partners and vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Gain in-depth product knowledge to implement enhancements that boost market penetration and profitability.
- Lead project teams across different regions and functions to achieve objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and developments in the crypto and finance sectors.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services focusing on card products.
- Strong understanding of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing card products for revenue growth.
- Proficient in analytics, problem-solving, and project management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies is preferred.
