Description
Our Product Management team oversees product initiatives from concept to launch, driving the development and rollout of products and features worldwide. As a Card Product Manager, your role involves managing Crypto.com's card products from start to finish, working closely with various teams such as marketing, finance, risk management, and technology to ensure the success and growth of card products.
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing new country launches, including stakeholder management and compliance with local regulations.
- Designing feasible timelines and overseeing product launch into the market.
- Cultivating and enhancing relationships with business partners and vendors.
- Thoroughly understanding the product and driving improvements for market penetration, usage, and profitability.
- Leading cross-regional and cross-functional project teams.
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of product management experience, ideally within the financial services sector focusing on card products.
- Profound knowledge of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
- Proven success in launching and managing revenue-generating card products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder influence.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies is advantageous.
