Senior Product Manager, Card

Product Management Role:
The Product Management team at our company spearheads product initiatives from concept to implementation, enabling the launch of products/features on a global scale. Working collaboratively with various teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional members, we deliver innovative features and products.

As a Card Product Manager, your role involves overseeing the lifecycle of our card products. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams such as marketing, finance, risk management, and technology to ensure the success and growth of card products.

Responsibilities

• Determine optimal strategies for product launches in new regions, overseeing the entire process with stakeholder management and compliance awareness.
• Develop a feasible timeline and guide product delivery to the market.
• Foster and enhance relationships with business partners/vendors to attain optimal solutions and agreements.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the product, driving enhancements that boost market outreach, utilization, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across different regions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments within the crypto and financial sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related area.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, ideally in the financial sector with a specialization in card products.
• Proficiency in card payment systems, regulations, and industry dynamics.
• Proven track record of successful card product launches driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of agile product development methodologies is a plus.
