Team Background

Join our dynamic Growth Product Group, specifically the content growth team, in propelling global user expansion through innovative content strategies. We are in search of a seasoned and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of growth strategies for our content products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, engineering, marketing, and local business teams to identify growth opportunities, conduct experiments for measurement, and contribute significantly to our global market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Champion organic growth in the rapidly evolving content growth team.
• Strategize and set the vision for top-notch SEO solutions and our content product, "Learn."
• Manage the "Learn" product to drive user conversion and cultivate user growth through superior product quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to expand the global reach of our "Learn" content.
• Utilize Contentful to enhance "Learn" and other SEO pages, gathering requirements from various stakeholders and prioritizing them effectively.
• Define product roadmap, success criteria, and oversee execution to provide exceptional user experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the skilled engineering team to deliver quality products and services.
• Dive into on-site, off-site, and tech SEO improvements to elevate SEO traffic collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Ability to exhibit autonomy, initiative, and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.
• Sound comprehension of the complete product development lifecycle and business strategies; proficient in developing high-quality PRD.
• Demonstrated project management skills with clear communication capabilities to resolve project impediments across content, design, and engineering teams.
• Experience in user-end products, grasping growth logic, diverse growth metrics, and effectively communicating with design teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise, capable of fostering relationships with global teams.
• Proficient in all facets of SEO, including on-page optimization and content enhancement.
• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field like engineering, statistics, business, or marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in advanced website analytics tools like Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, Similarweb.
• Experience in technical SEO, off-page SEO, and managing relationships with media platforms and ranking websites.
• Background in the cryptocurrency or blockchain sector, with a deep understanding of crypto trading, web3 products, and market dynamics.
