The Opportunity Join the CoinDesk Media team as a Senior Product Manager and shape the future of how users engage with our cryptocurrency price and data platforms and APIs. This role is not just about managing products; it's about creating a user-friendly gateway to the dynamic world of crypto data. As a Senior Product Manager, you will ensure that our platforms are robust, reliable, and easy to navigate, allowing users to search, understand, and leverage cryptocurrency data effortlessly. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to improve our cryptocurrency price and spot data platforms and APIs.
• Create user-friendly platforms that seamlessly navigate and present complex cryptocurrency data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative features and cutting-edge technologies for an enhanced user experience.
• Continuously improve our platforms based on user feedback, market trends, and technological advancements.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring quality and user-centricity at every phase.
• Adapt data presentation to meet the needs of our diverse user base, from casual investors to financial professionals.
• Uphold accuracy, reliability, and transparency standards in all data-related products and services.
• Collaborate with the CoinDesk Indices team to integrate crypto index data on our website and enhance the index product.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in data platforms or the financial/cryptocurrency sector.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/financial markets, data structures, and unique challenges in this space.
• Passion for crypto, web3, blockchain, and/or AI, with a deep interest in industry-related digital content.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify user needs and translate them into compelling product features.
• Flexibility to work efficiently and accurately, balancing precision with speed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies.

CoinDesk Inc and CoinDesk Indices Inc. offer competitive compensation and benefits. The base salary for this position is anticipated to be $135,000 - $160,000, with a discretionary annual target bonus. Salary may vary based on location and relevant experience.
