Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Futures' Product roadmaps, strategies, and business requirements.
- Create detailed product requirements and interactive designs for all products, focusing on technical feasibility and implementation plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to propose and implement solutions for product infrastructure.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing products and features through performance testing and iterations.
- Analyze product performance data to optimize user experience and support business growth.
- Respond to user feedback, considering both business impact and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end-to-end Product management, with expertise in Tech and Crypto Trading Products.
- Proficiency in Derivatives Trading and development of Trading products (UI, Backend services, Matching engines, etc).
- Demonstrated track record of creating client-focused products from initial assessment to launch.
- Strong team player with a hands-on approach to daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
