Senior Product Manager, DEX

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance core decentralized exchange (DEX) features such as Swap & Bridge, leading product iterations
• Develop product requirement documents (PRDs) and collaborate with development, design, and operations teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Improve trading routes, enhance user trading experience, increase success rates through data analysis, and boost user retention
• Stay informed on security and compliance matters, collaborating closely with the technical team to identify and mitigate security risks

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of product management experience, including at least 1 year in Web3/DeFi/DEX
• Proficiency in Automated Market Makers (AMM), liquidity pools, cross-chain bridges, and fundamental blockchain concepts
• Ability to independently draft PRDs, with agile development and requirements management experience
• Strong data analysis skills, knowledge of blockchain infrastructure, and familiarity with Solidity/Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) ecosystem to effectively communicate with technical teams
• Fluency in English and Chinese to interact with international clients and partners
