Senior Product Manager, Equities Trading

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for trading products involving equities and traditional finance (tradfi) from concept generation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Lead product enhancements for traditional financial instruments integrated into the Binance platform.
• Formulate and execute product strategies that align with Binance's vision and current market trends.
• Collaborate closely with diverse teams including engineering, design, risk management, compliance, and marketing.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market data, user feedback, and competitive landscape to uncover opportunities and enhance product performance.
• Establish clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven enhancements.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes to ensure product compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields; advanced degrees like an MBA are a plus.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst, preferably within the tradfi sector.
• Solid understanding of traditional financial markets such as Stocks, ETFs, etc.
• Previous experience with trading platforms or stock exchanges is highly beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to facilitate coordination with international partners and stakeholders.
