Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Mobile App Experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, execute, and maintain the roadmap for the platform's user experience, emphasizing:

• Outstanding trading UX/UI for the advanced retail trader segment

• Multi-channel capabilities with a focus on mobile app integration

• Implement data-driven decision-making processes:

• Set up event tracking for analytics and CRM capabilities

• Enhance funnel metrics for effectiveness assessment

• Develop dashboard views for product performance analysis

• Drive value across the organization through the retail product suite, vital feature definitions, and collaboration with feature teams.

• Play a substantial role in defining features and product requirements, making necessary trade-offs for optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with feature teams to provide product outcome guidance, manage teams effectively, and ensure continuous improvement.

• Work closely with engineers to develop technical solutions and guide QA engineers for comprehensive testing.

• Act as a crucial owner of the product by managing the roadmap backlog, delivering products/features promptly, and consistently improving product quality.

• Engage with business and sales teams to gather and iterate on user feedback, ensuring user needs are accurately prioritized.

• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments and represent the product domain in interactions with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, particularly in Crypto trading/exchange platforms.

• Data-informed approach with a user-centered perspective.

• Strong passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences.

• Proven experience in shipping and enhancing software or financial products at scale.

• Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, and result-oriented mindset.
