Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Mobile App Experience)

About the role: We seek a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from inception to launch. This role presents a unique opportunity for someone visionary to architect and oversee a transformative platform that revolutionizes financial transactions. You will drive product launches and impactful features worldwide, working closely with various teams across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the Exchange’s Experience roadmap with a focus on:
- Building a leading user experience for advanced retail traders
- Implementing multi-channel capabilities with a strong emphasis on mobile app experience
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes by setting up event tracking for analytics and CRM capabilities, enriching funnel metrics, and creating dashboard views to analyze product performance.
- Develop and deliver value-added retail product features and suite offerings.
- Define feature and product outcomes, document detailed specifications, and requirements, considering necessary trade-offs for optimal results.
- Engage with feature teams to provide product direction, manage and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with delivery management and lead engineers to optimize resource throughput.
- Participate in the testing process with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test plans.
- Oversee product roadmap backlog, owning the product areas under development and ensuring timely product launches.
- Facilitate user studies to gather feedback and insights for product refinement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, and CRM teams to drive successful product adoption.
- Stay abreast of market and industry trends and represent the domain in communications with cross-functional teams.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience with a solid understanding of Crypto trading/exchange platforms.
- Data-informed decision-making abilities with a user-centric approach.
- Strong passion for developing customer-centric products and experiences.
- Experience in shipping and iterating successful software or financial products on a large scale.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, proactiveness, and track record of producing results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across varied teams including Design, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, CRM, Compliance, and Legal.
- Good communication skills with the ability to convey key information effectively.
- Understanding of API usage and openness to learning new concepts.
- Ability to comprehend technical concepts and apply them effectively with humility and openness.
