Opportunity Overview
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and promote internal human resources systems focusing on compliance, safety, and risk management.
Stay abreast of industry trends, conduct product research, and continually optimize all systems and modules.
Coordinate resources internally and externally, analyze business efficiency, establish robust processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Hold a degree in Computer Science, Finance, Human Resources, or Management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in building Human Resources systems and ensuring international compliance.
Possess a solid grasp of internal data compliance, enterprise data security, and compliance culture construction processes. Capable of enhancing enterprise compliance and security through in-house systems.
Proficient in both Chinese and English languages.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and insight, able to collaborate across multiple departments and regions to devise innovative solutions and business workflows.
Exceptional logical thinking and communication skills. Display flexibility, self-motivation, proactivity, and a knack for effective teamwork.
