**Role **
As part of our team, you will contribute to designing cutting-edge crypto trading systems–Spot, Margin, Perpetuals, Futures, and Options. These systems cater to retail and institutional clients, processing trading volumes exceeding ten billion USD daily. Collaborate with various internal teams and regulatory bodies to ensure compliant and scalable trading infrastructure. Stay updated on industry and customer trends to drive continuous innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop crypto asset trading products, order management, and risk control models.
- Liaise cross-functionally to meet regulatory requirements for diverse markets and optimize trading infrastructure.
- Champion market and customer research for competitive edge in crypto and traditional finance markets.
- Establish robust data monitoring systems for real-time performance assessment and industry trend insights.
- Create product roadmap aligned with product life cycles, competitive landscapes, and available resources.
- Ensure project alignment across development, design, market, and operations teams for seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, or computer science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in backend system development within crypto or traditional finance sectors.
- Displays logical thinking, teamwork skills, and interdepartmental coordination abilities.
- Demonstrates keen interest in trading, blockchain, and financial industries.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and responsive to product feedback.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
