Senior Product Manager/Lead, Cards

As a Card Product Manager, you will oversee the complete management of Crypto.com card products, collaborating closely with various teams such as marketing, finance, risk management, and technology to ensure the success and revenue growth of the card products.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for launching card products in new markets, managing the process from start to finish including stakeholder relations and compliance with local regulations.
• Create and execute realistic timelines for product launches and monitor successful market entry.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with business partners and vendors to establish optimal solutions and agreements for the organization.
• Deep dive into the product to drive enhancements that increase market reach, usage, and profitability.
• Lead project teams that span across regions and functions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and developments in both the crypto and financial sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related fields.
• Possess 8+ years of product management experience, preferably within the financial services industry focusing on card products.
• Strong grasp of card payment systems, regulations, and industry dynamics.
• Track record of successfully launching and managing card products that contribute to revenue growth.
• Proficient in analytical skills, problem-solving, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
• Experience with Agile product development methodologies is advantageous.

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 annually
