Key Responsibilities

• Drive the international expansion of P2P fiat products on mobile apps and formulate product strategies that align with business objectives.
• Construct and maintain the product roadmap, milestones, and backlog for worldwide markets, outlining key strategic initiatives to enhance product penetration.
• Oversee global product and feature development, lead beta programs, and define product specifications for successful deployment.
• Engage closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution of product initiatives.
• Gather and synthesize customer feedback, conduct user studies, and develop app products that address customer needs effectively.
• Perform market research, analyze data across various regions, and collaborate with overseas and local teams to deliver market-appropriate solutions.
• Foster clear communication within cross-functional teams to synchronize project progress effectively.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in shepherding and managing large-scale global product development cycles, backed by a proven track record of successful project outcomes.
• A minimum of 5 years in product management along with relevant technical proficiency.
• Proficient in discerning customer requirements, driving prototypes and product iterations, and making data-supported decisions for continual product enhancements.
• Skilled in analyzing app traffic and internal data to steer product improvements and spur growth company-wide.
• Ability to articulate product requirements clearly and work collaboratively with engineers for accurate delivery.
• Possesses strong problem-solving capabilities, interpersonal skills, and adept communication abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple roles and projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.
• Strong collaborative skills needed to inspire and influence internal business teams and cross-functional units, leading to increased product adoption.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with global partners and stakeholders.
• Prior experience with app product development at internet companies, ideally within e-commerce or peer-to-peer products.
• Knowledge of Web 3 and DeFi ecosystems, protocols, and platforms is a bonus.
• Familiarity with AML and risk control modeling is an additional advantage.
