Senior Product Manager, Predictions (Exchange)

Our Product Management team is entrusted with driving product initiatives from the early stages to execution, making impacts and launching products/features globally. We collaborate closely with various cross-functional team members such as engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to deliver exceptional features and products.

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on and execution-oriented Product Manager to join our Predictions team. In this role, you will primarily focus on being the Product Manager for the CDNA exchange technology that underpins our key product and global brands. This role is pivotal to our B2C and B2B Predictions business, bridging the gap between strategic vision and technical implementation.

You will directly report to the VP of Product and will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle with emphasis on ownership and thriving in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main Product Manager for the Predictions Exchange, ensuring alignment with the needs of our global B2B and B2C markets.
• Take complete end-to-end responsibility for product delivery, overseeing projects from ideation to deployment and post-launch optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with a sizable engineering team to prioritize tasks and ensure technical requirements meet business objectives.
• Partner with leadership to streamline product development processes.
• Ensure continuous scalability of the Predictions Exchange as a core operational component.

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to execute independently and drive results effectively.
• Essential understanding of, or keen interest in, the sports industry domain.
• Experience managing the complete product lifecycle from conception to market release.
• Proficiency in working with large engineering teams and understanding intricate exchange/transactional technologies.
• Strong coordination skills across different time zones, particularly Europe and the US.
• Comfort in adapting to rapid changes in a high-growth environment.
