Senior Product Manager, Predictions (Exchange)

Our Product Management team takes charge of product initiatives from inception through execution and launches products and features globally. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver outstanding products.

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager to join our Predictions team. In this position, you will oversee the CDNA exchange technology serving our key product and various global brands, playing a pivotal role in our B2C and B2B Predictions business.

Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will bridge the gap between strategic direction and technical implementation. We require a dynamic individual adept at managing the entire product lifecycle within a fast-paced, engineering-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead Product Manager for the Predictions Exchange platform, ensuring alignment with the needs of our worldwide B2B and B2C markets.

• Take full ownership of product delivery from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.

• Collaborate closely with a sizable engineering team to prioritize tasks and ensure technical requirements meet business objectives.

• Partner with leadership to enhance the product development process.

• Ensure continuous scaling of the Predictions Exchange as a core component of our operations.

Requirements:

• Proven Execution: Demonstrated ability to independently drive impactful results.

• Domain Interest: Strong understanding of, or keen interest in, the sports industry.

• Product Lifecycle Mastery: Experience managing products from concept to release.

• Technical Familiarity: Ability to effectively collaborate with large engineering teams and comprehend complex exchange/transaction technologies.

• Communication: Skilled in coordinating across multiple timezones, particularly in Europe and the US.

• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.

• Experience with exchange technology or prediction markets.

• Prior exposure to the crypto or fintech sector.

Salary: $160,000 - $230,000 annually
