Senior Product Manager, Risk
As a Senior Product Manager focused on Risk, you will lead the development and implementation of the product strategy for the risk team at Shakepay. Your role will revolve around ensuring the safety of product usage while minimizing unnecessary barriers. Working closely with various teams such as engineering, design, data, marketing, compliance, and customer support, you will strive to deliver an exceptional product experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute risk management strategies to minimize and address risks within the customer journey
- Design, own, and implement the risk decisioning product strategy
- Utilize data analysis to identify risk patterns, gain insights, and guide decision-making processes
- Establish key metrics to assess the efficiency of risk management initiatives and suggest improvements based on data analysis
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop customer-centric products
- Take full ownership of product development from inception to launch to scaling
- Communicate product vision and strategies to key stakeholders and executive leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager specializing in B2C risk management in the fintech or financial services sector
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience in making data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with risk management tools, software, and methodologies
- Successful track record of launching products that have yielded significant outcomes
