(Senior)Product Manager, Sports

• Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from conception to delivery, making significant impacts and launching products/features globally. We work closely with a diverse range of team members, including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and others, to introduce exceptional features and products.

We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. This role presents a unique opportunity for a visionary individual to design and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes the way financial transactions are handled. As a Product Manager, you will have the chance to drive change and introduce products/features across a worldwide market. Collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members is key to successfully launching remarkable features and products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the team's roadmap with strategic priorities in focus
• Develop features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, prepare test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and deliver products/features in a timely manner
• Engage with customers through interviews to establish empathy and ensure their needs are met
• Prioritize initiatives and projects while considering necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Serve as the team's liaison with cross-functional teams
• Manage specific features within a product line

Requirements:

• Employ a data-informed approach, centered on user empathy
• Demonstrate a passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Have prior experience in successfully shipping and iterating on Software or Financial products at scale
• Exhibit leadership qualities, proactively taking initiative to achieve outcomes
• Possess strong collaboration skills, working effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience involving retail trading or gamification is preferred
• Approach work with humility and foster a cooperative environment
