(Senior)Product Manager, Trading

Our Product Management team leads product initiatives from concept to implementation, making impactful launches of products and features worldwide. Working closely with a diverse team of professionals, including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers, we aim to deliver exceptional features and products.

We seek Product Managers to champion product initiatives from start to finish. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a strategic vision to oversee a transformative platform in the financial landscape. You will drive significant changes and introduce new products/features on a global scale, collaborating with various teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities
• Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product launches
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure alignment with product solutions
• Prioritize projects effectively, considering tradeoffs where necessary
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Represent the team in communication across different departments
• Manage specific features within product lines

Job Requirements:

• Demonstrated data-driven approach with a user-centric mindset
• A strong passion for developing customer-oriented products
• Experience in successfully launching and iterating on software or financial products at scale
• Proven leadership skills, initiative, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Preferred expertise in retail trading or gamification domains
• Demonstrated humility and interpersonal skills
