Responsibilities:

- Engage in customer interactions to build empathy and ensure their needs are met.

- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
- Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams and represent the team effectively.
- Manage specific features within product lines.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work with data-driven insights and a user-centered mindset.
- Passion for developing engaging customer-facing products and experiences.
- Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on software or financial products at scale.
- Strong leadership skills, proactive mindset, and a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Preference for domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification.
