Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies in alignment with strategic goals.

• Engage in customer interactions to build empathy and ensure their needs are met.
• Prioritize projects and initiatives while understanding and managing trade-offs effectively.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
• Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams and represent the team effectively.
• Manage specific features within product lines.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to work with data-driven insights and a user-centered mindset.
• Passion for developing engaging customer-facing products and experiences.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping and iterating on software or financial products at scale.
• Strong leadership skills, proactive mindset, and a results-oriented approach.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Preference for domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification.
