Job Overview

As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing a cutting-edge Cryptocurrency trading system that covers Spot, Margin, Perpetuals, Futures, Options, and various risk control models. This system facilitates daily trading volumes exceeding ten billion USD and caters to both retail and institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Design crypto asset trading products, encompassing spot and derivatives, order management, margin checks, matching engines, and related modules.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Local Market teams to ensure regulatory compliance and create scalable trading infrastructure for different markets.
• Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and customer research to enhance the platform's competitiveness and alignment with industry trends.
• Develop a comprehensive data monitoring system to track trading activities and industry developments.
• Create short and medium-term product plans based on product lifecycle, competitive landscape, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in areas such as mathematics, physics, or computer science.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend systems development within the Cryptocurrency or Traditional Finance sectors.
• Strong analytical skills, teamwork, communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate across departments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Deep interest in trading, blockchain technology, and the financial industry.
• Proactive, customer feedback-oriented attitude with product enhancement focus.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication.
