Senior Product Manager (Web, Crypto + AI Systems)

We are seeking a proactive Web Product Manager to lead crypto and AI-centric initiatives of significant scale within the organization. This role involves developing product architecture, translating complex challenges into actionable plans, and spearheading cross-team collaboration for impactful outcomes. We are focused on building sustainable solutions, not just addressing minor ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end strategies, roadmaps, PRDs, and phased delivery plans for large-scale initiatives.
• Spearhead AI-backed product functions like recommendations, rankings, and LLM workflows, including defining parameters and assessing outcomes.
• Establish and oversee KPI measurement processes, including instrumentation, A/B testing, continuous iteration, and reporting impact.
• Drive project execution in collaboration with Engineering, Data/ML, Design teams, and key stakeholders, while managing risks and dependencies effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of PM experience with a strong background in Web product management.
• Proficient in cryptocurrency fundamentals such as trading, risk signals, and user behavior.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-team product developments rather than minor feature enhancements.
• Ability to design systems comprehensively, with a keen eye for detail in execution.
• Knowledge of AI and experience in deploying AI/ML features like LLM, recommendations, and rankings is necessary, or a significant advantage.

Nice to Have:

• Past involvement in building personalized recommendation systems or analytics dashboards.
• Familiarity with compliance and risk considerations in financial product development.
