Overview
Our client, a prominent cryptocurrency trading platform, is in search of a proficient Product Manager to spearhead innovation and expansion for their international exchange operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of user experience by designing and maintaining top-notch onboarding processes for the exchange, with a focus on exceptional trading experiences on mobile apps and websites.
- Enhance multi-channel onboarding by creating seamless onboarding and KYC procedures for various user categories, ensuring a unified experience when necessary and integrating with other platform products for a cohesive user journey.
- Drive decision-making based on data by implementing event tracking and funnel analytics to enable CRM capabilities, and developing dashboard views for insightful analysis of product performance.
- Collaborate with the Growth and CRM teams to create targeted retail campaigns, enhancing product success and conversion rates for the exchange.
- Define features and outcomes by leading and documenting intricate product specifications, requirements, and acceptance criteria, while balancing trade-offs for optimal feature and product results.
- Collaborate across teams by closely working with delivery management, lead engineers, QA engineers, Marketing, Growth, CRM, Compliance, and Legal teams to maximize resources, design technical solutions, ensure thorough testing, and foster product adoption through user studies and feedback.
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of product management experience, preferably with expertise in cryptocurrency trading/exchange platforms (adaptable through relevant tech experience).
- Experience collaborating on Growth or CRM-related projects, showcasing a data-driven approach focused on user results.
- Proven track record of delivering and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale, with the flexibility to engage in non-onboarding exchange projects.
- Exhibit leadership, proactiveness, and a results-oriented mindset, along with effective communication skills to engage with various teams as an overcommunicator.
- Familiarity with API implementation, a strong grasp of technical concepts, a diligent work ethic, a willingness to learn, and humility in collaborating with others, are preferred for innovation in the crypto industry.
