About the Role
Join OKX's Web3 product team to facilitate user connection to the DeFi realm via a multi-chain EVM compatible, self-custodial wallet experience within the OKX super app. Our Web 3 platform offers a secure interface for managing digital assets, real-time liquidity through DEX aggregation, and focuses on developing top-notch smart contracts and high-yield products. It serves as a decentralized marketplace with aggregated liquidity, including NFTs. Embrace the future of Web3 DeFi with us by leveraging cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a product roadmap ensuring user experience excellence while adhering to global regulations
- Design core product modules
- Analyze metrics to guide product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product specification, global launches, and beta programs
- Launch new products and features aligning with the global vision and user expectations
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and keep abreast of market trends
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product development and growth
- Proficiency in blockchain market research to extract insights and identify trends
- Previous work in Crypto Wallet Product and/or DeFI portal product implementation
- Understanding of globalization and localization for product launches in global markets
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a proactive approach
- Ability to evaluate engineering, design, and scheduling considerations while managing product backlogs
- Enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and blockchain innovations
- Eye for good design and user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency markets
- Familiarity with Crypto Wallet Product and on-chain transaction specifics
- Understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and contract interactions
- Experience with exploring DeFi protocols
