Senior Product Marketing Manager, Core/Consumer

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Quickly grasp the Avalanche network's intricacies while becoming proficient in its technologies, strategies, and target markets.
- Own all aspects of consumer products, including go-to-market strategies, briefs, etc.
- Ensure alignment of Product and Marketing team objectives, processes, and communications throughout various business units.
- Develop delivery strategies for product messaging, brand identity, market segmentation, and other marketing motions to boost product adoption.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Branding, Creative, BD, and Communications teams to create effective strategies, assets, and campaigns.
- Enhance channel growth and user acquisition tactics.
- Manage social media and content marketing strategies across different product suites and platforms.
- Support with daily marketing operations and tasks utilizing data science.
- Plan marketing campaigns across various platforms to enhance user acquisition.
- Represent the customers' voice while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
- Work with channel owners to define, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Evaluate the efficacy of Product Marketing launches and campaigns.
- Ensure successful project delivery through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience in technical Product Marketing Management.
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering end-to-end product launches.
- Previous exposure to the blockchain/Web3 industry.
- Proficiency in messaging, positioning, and market segmentation for complex technologies.
- Experience with ICP analysis, competitive analysis strategies, and case studies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with PMs and drive product roadmap advancements.
- Past involvement with startups, enterprise software, or consumer-facing software products.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Notion, Google Suite, or equivalents.
- Social Media proficiency, particularly in platforms like Discord and Twitter.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, data science, and business teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Expertise in target market research, messaging, and product launch strategies.
- Strong technical writing, organizational, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Background in developer relations, community and ecosystem development.
- Prior experience with dApp product launches.
- Knowledge of crypto wallets, layer 1 or 2 blockchains, or related technologies.
- Understanding of performance analytics.
- Familiarity with customer acquisition strategies across different channels (e.g., paid, SEO, social, web, email).
- Aptitude for influencing and building confidence with internal stakeholders.
- Strong mediation and negotiation capabilities.
Salary Range: $135,200 to $168,800
