Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Growth: Act as the operations and marketing expert, overseeing the development of comprehensive launch strategies, educational materials, and promotional campaigns to drive successful product adoption. Utilize data insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance.
• Product Design & Execution: Translate user requirements into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and collaborate with the product team to ensure competitive derivative products align with acceptable risk levels.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and coordination across various departments including Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Product Planning & Strategy: Take ownership of the full product roadmap for derivatives, conduct thorough market research on cryptocurrency trends and competitor activities to identify new product prospects and devise effective go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in product operations, particularly in derivative products such as perpetual contracts and trading bots. Prior exposure to cryptocurrencies, traditional exchanges, structured products, and derivatives is preferred. Preference given to candidates with a history of successfully launching products in the crypto or fintech domain.
• Attributes: Demonstrated outcome-driven approach with a strong sense of responsibility for business growth and revenue. Fast learner with the flexibility to adapt swiftly to the dynamic cryptocurrency industry. Ability to translate user needs into innovative product solutions.
• Skills: Deep interest and comprehension of financial markets, proficiency in core concepts like interest rates and volatility applied to crypto assets. Strong analytical skills, adept at utilizing tools like SQL and Excel for data-informed decisions. Exceptional communication and project management aptitudes.
