Role Overview:
As the Senior Program Manager, Research (RPM) at Circle, you will play a key role in amplifying the impact of our research groups. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing operational and team-wide programs, as well as building, managing, and expanding research recruiting processes to support the team's growth. This position demands expertise in project and program management, recruitment, and a holistic understanding of research's significance in product innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness, establishing operational frameworks for impactful outcomes.
- Cultivate a culture of user research within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine internal processes, templates, and guidelines for optimized research outcomes.
- Assist in research planning by working closely with researchers and cross-functional teams.
- Strategize recruitment approaches targeting specific audiences.
- Establish and maintain participant databases for research.
- Pioneer best practices and frameworks for effective participant outreach.
- Act as a thought leader in research operations management.
- Contribute to the growth of the UX organization through implementing best practices and processes in alignment with team expansion.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of research and participant management experience.
- Expertise in executing and managing operational programs while fostering scalability.
- Proficient in building relationships with peers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in participant recruitment strategies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels.
- Ability to handle complex information and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Previous experience in research mentorship and guidance.
- Proficient in metrics reporting and vendor management.
- Educational background - Bachelor's, Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
