As a Senior Project Manager at Ledger, your primary role will involve overseeing the delivery of new products, internal change initiatives, and M&A integrations. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure successful project outcomes from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to outline project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead project kick-off meetings to align team members and stakeholders on project goals.
- Guide cross-functional project teams, offering support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively delegate tasks with clear accountability and ownership within the team.
- Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication.
- Implement project activities as per the defined plan, monitoring progress and milestones.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and reporting.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or risks that may impact project outcomes.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, ensuring transparency.
- Manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders by addressing feedback and concerns.
- Conduct project reviews post-completion to assess lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in internal change management or product development.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and JIRA.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or project management (Master's degree is a plus).
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is beneficial.
- Experience in the Web3 or Blockchain Industry.
