Key Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and execute thorough test cases, scripts, and automation frameworks for functional and regression testing.
• Lead testing activities for intricate features and crucial product components to guarantee optimal reliability and performance.
• Work closely with developers and product managers to establish clear quality standards and testing prerequisites.
• Develop effective test strategies and plans by analyzing requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects using testing tools, advocating for prompt resolution with the development team.
• Enhance testing efficiency and coverage by crafting and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Provide guidance to junior QA engineers, contribute to knowledge sharing, and aid in process enhancements within the QA team.
• Stay informed about emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends and integrate best practices into testing procedures.
• Clearly communicate test outcomes, risks, and quality status to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience (4+ years) in software quality assurance, with exposure to various testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java).
• Familiarity with API testing such as REST and WebSocket; understanding of blockchain or fintech landscapes is advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of agile development processes and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to excel in an English-speaking, collaborative work environment.
