Senior Quality Assurance Lead
About Moca Network
Moca Network, part of Animoca Brands, is dedicated to constructing the chain-agnostic digital identity infrastructure for the open internet. This entails offering a universal account for combining a user's assets, identity, and reputation across numerous ecosystems. Their key product is AIR Kit, a solution enabling Web2 and Web3 projects to establish a universal embedded account for users to possess and utilize digital assets, identity, and reputation data. Users also gain access to different DeFi and consumer services from Moca Network's partners. AIR Kit allows substantial user base apps to develop their own app ecosystem organically with included blockchain features while ensuring uniformity throughout all consumer apps on chains that have adopted AIR Kit.

- Implement shift-left practices by incorporating QA early in discovery, grooming, and code reviews and coaching engineers on quality ownership.
- Coordinate release readiness by managing test environments, test data, release verification, go/no-go criteria, and post-release validation.
- Lead defect management by conducting root-cause analysis, prioritization, and prevention efforts, driving quality improvements through retrospectives and CAPA actions.
- Mentor and nurture QA team members, expand QA capabilities through standards, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Cooperate with Security/DevOps teams on performance, reliability, and security testing best practices, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
Requirements:
